Graduated from Culinary school and worked at various establishments like hotels, restaurants, and catering. Decided to go back to school for a food science degree and found a program called Culinology. Currently work at Conagra Brands as an associate development chef delivering expectations of a chef and food scientist. Create frozen meals for restaurant brands such as Pf Changs, Bertolli, and Frontera. Also worked on various other brands like Bird's Eye and EVOL. Food scientist for frozen snacks under Sandwich Bros. As a chef, I support sales meeting, corporate events, gold standard recipe development, etc. As a food scientist, I work with various cross functional teams such as, procurement, brand, finance, and plant to deliver commercialized innovations. Create specs on Oracle, identify cost-saving opportunities, run plant trials, and identify suppliers.
Work on gold standard development as well as taking concepts and bringing it all the way through commercialization. Work with procurement, suppliers, brand, labeling, plants, and etc., to deliver successful products on shelves. Doing product development work as a food scientist for Sandwich Bros handheld snacks. Create specs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Search new suppliers for ingredients and work with plant to deliver commercialized products.
Work with sales consultants on providing a tasting course to potential and existing customers. Develop menus and provide a tasting course of more than 15 items for weddings, parties, and events.
Cook food for weddings, meetings, and events for high clientele.
