Implementing immediate blocking action against sanctioned companies followed by a controlled withdrawal from Russia – winding down an $800m subsidiary. Sales operations and execution lead for the $600m Brazil Enterprise Business. Driving sales and consumption accountability with leaders across the subsidiary. Chief of Staff for the Vice President of Enterprise Sales – leading annual target setting/OKRs, go-to-market strategy, resource allocation, budget planning and reporting. Rhythm of the business and governance lead – creating a more holistic end to end subsidiary governance model for sales reporting, execution and incentivization. Managing bi-annual sales and marketing planning cycles.
Owned and operated the process around creation, submission and approval of all Asia Pacific Statements of Work (SoWs). Managed, owned and improved processes around sales submissions and SoWs. Chaired daily SoW senior management and executive level approval meetings. Co-ordinated the resolution of internal disputes in order to ensure commercial viability of contracts and finalise customer deliverables. Formulated and presented fortnightly sales statistics to Novell executives.
Analysed all eircom retail business processes, documented process maps and identified inefficiency and non-compliance areas. Identified and designed remediation solutions for Process gaps through analysis of processes, sales channels and order acceptance/billing systems. Regular reporting function into Steering group and Senior Directors. Consulted and managed numerous key stakeholders including business SMEs, Internal Audit, market directors, billing and revenue management. Project Managed SOX Self-Certification Project and Control Testing. Heavily involved in the establishment of the Programme Office and its governance.
