Let me help you to help yourself! A graduate of Radford University, Joe is a native of Baltimore and currently resides in Towson, Maryland with his wife and three children and their mini bernadoodle. When he’s not in the office, Joe enjoys golfing, skiing, and photography. Joe was a longtime member of the Jemicy School Board of Trustees, he served for 5 years as president of the Jemicy Alumni Association, and was a founding board member of the Odyssey School. For the past 20 years, he and his father have co-chaired The Morgan Family Foundation Golf Classic, which has raised over two and a half million dollars to fund educational programs and scholarships for students with dyslexia in Baltimore-area schools.
As the founder and Managing Partner of Blue Harbor Benefits, LLC., Joe strategically oversees and administers to the customized needs of our 500+ employers. He is also responsible for developing meaningful relationships with new clients on our firm’s behalf. Joe prides himself on maintaining Blue Harbor Benefits’ reputation as the “one-stop shop” for employee benefits for businesses of all sizes. As a business owner himself, Joe has a clear understanding of the various challenges and opportunities his clients face when making benefits decisions, and seeks to make the process as streamlined and painless as possible. With over 30 years of financial services experience, Joe holds his Life and Health Insurance License and is also an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative with Osaic.
