(MAXIMO) • Preparing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and incident reports. • Responsible for scheduling the HT & LT PPM & making shut-down permit for maintenance of Electrical systems (LOTO). • Preparing SOP for work (Standard Operation Procedure). • Operation and maintenance of HT generator (5x2.5 MVA) with SCADA control system. • Operation and maintenance of specially design ATS and UPS. • Operation of festival and building lighting control system from Congo server & maintenance of landscaping lighting. • Operation and maintenance of Central Battery System (CBS) with lighting control system server. • Operation in PC automated energy metering. • Operation and maintenance of electrical equipment’s (VFD, Transformer, Generator) which are controlled by BMS. • Managing and leading the day- today maintenance work (160+ floor) by applying appropriate engineering skills • Member in the technical team, that co-ordinate the 2016 New Year celebrations in Burj Khalifa

• Managing and leading a team of more than 20 technical personals. • Overall in-charge of maintenance and operation of the entire MEP of high rise building consisting of HT& LT diesel generators and chiller with BMS system. • Scheduling the PPM & shut down maintenance of Electrical system and HVAC systems. • Performing the line troubleshooting corrective and breakdown maintenance • Preparation of day- today maintenance reports and monthly reports. • Isolating faulty portion (both HV & LV) and provides isolation certificate for line repairs. • Providing a safe and secure environment for technicians to work on the systems for maintenance and repairing. • Managing and leading the day to day maintenance work by applying valuable Engineering methods if necessary. • Ensuring the reliability of power supply including backup generators & UPS.
