Joseph is currently a Package Reliability Engineer at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Having undergone a Professional Internship as a Reliability Engineering intern at AMD, he possesses problem-solving skills and is able to contribute recommendations during work. Equipped with critical-thinking, he is able to analyze problems from different perspectives and formulate novel ideas. Supported end-to-end package qualification efforts for both Server and Client business units, upholding compliance with JEDEC industry standards for quality and reliability. Coordinated with cross-functional teams to execute reliability stress testing, including debug assessments during ATE testing and 1st level Failure Analysis for package-related failure mechanism.
