• Maintenance contract acquisition and renewal including preparation of sales proposal and attending tender meetings. • Dedicated customer service and relationship for key clients. • Regularly review service results to make sure we are achieving the set target. • Responsible in getting new maintenance contracts and secure existing contracts. • Coordinate with the team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfillment.
• Specialized in traffic control, road signage, internal & external signage. • Supervise hiring, recruiting and training needs for installation staff. • Responsible for managing the equipment installation beginning with confirmation of the equipment scope of supply and ending at successful start-up and commissioning on location. • Prepare technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and project requirements. • Work with the installation support team, and external vendors to understand installation complexities, assess risks, and achieve project deadlines and milestones. • Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
