I am responsible for reviewing the Profit and Loss statements of each restaurant within the division to identify potential and existing issues, as well as to determine the sources of variances in business operations. I ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local laws and regulations concerning health, safety, labor, and employment, as well as adherence to applicable company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Additionally, I communicate all relevant company information to restaurant personnel and oversee various administrative tasks, including personnel paperwork related to new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, and injuries. I also conduct General Manager orientations and supervise various audits, inventory management, and the ordering of miscellaneous items.
I manage all aspects of store sales, marketing, and budgeting. This includes reporting daily sales, accurately capturing all credit and cash receipts, and ensuring the timely deposit of funds into bank accounts. I also prepare and submit required sales reports, maintain budgets, and record inventory for all purchases and sales. Additionally, I perform inventory counts as needed and collaborate with local and regional leaders to develop innovative and cost-effective displays and strategies. In terms of customer service, I promptly address and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining a clean and safe store environment. As a supervisor, I lead the staff and oversee the hiring process for vacant positions. I organize special store functions and events, manage weekly schedules for retail staff, and facilitate effective communication within the team. I strive to motivate the sales team through clear communication and provide awards and incentives as earned.
