Analyze and design solutions with ExtraHop network analyzer and Splunk Enterprise architecture for machine learning data. Providing insight to business applications, logging data, middleware applications, network performance and holistic key performance indicators from all tiers. Delivering analysis of metrics, reporting, dashboards, alerting, trending and architecture input/design of solutions. Also Supporting OS and application administration on several hundred RHEL Linux, AIX and Windows servers.
Provide lead technical support for new application performance initiatives using CA's APM suite and IntroScope tool sets. Also administrator for BMC's EUEM web performance suite for monitoring web applications. I provide daily care and feeding of tool sets as well as consultation and support to customers regarding the performance / optimization of their software environments and detailed analysis as necessary.

Many times we can eliminate technologies that are not as efficient or don't meet the business needs, and stay focused on new and upcoming technologies that we see benefits adopting in the future.
