EMR CLINICAL BUSINESS ANALYST/INTELLIGENTS CLINICAL PRACTICE MODEL ANALYST ( EHR Practice Management Team) • Manage Clinical Project Metrics, Tasks, align resources , manage time, and facilitate communications across teams • Articulate Clinical Work Flows for Various Clinical Units in the Hospital System • Review current clinical workflows, make recommendations and define requirements to build Clinical processes and Clinical form Templates needed to facilitate Inpatient/Out patient Clinical practices • Assist in the documentation and gathering of detailed requirements and workflow processes and analysis • Recommend, implement and configure software based on best Clinical practice Model Management • Identify Process improvement huddles and suggest leveraging technology in areas that improve and facilitate clinical practices • Design and Build Clinical and Financial Reports for the Practice Management team. • Modify existing clinical Reports, Design and build new ones, and make data available for Dashboards • Analyze and build Crystal reports out of the CPOE, MAR, and ORDERs for the Practice Management Team. • Ensure compliance with Regulations and the use of technology to optimize care delivery processes • Perform application testing and create test scripts for UAT • Work with IT to resolve optimization issues, Data Deprecation and Data Inconsistences. • Ensure updates are tested and applied on a timely basis • Communicate with Clinicians, Clinical Application Leads to obtain sign-offs on completed Clinical Workflows • Provides documentation and training as needed to Users, super Users and dot general presentation to Users PRESENT EMPLOYER:- HealthPartners Hospital Services PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS: EAST BOSTON NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTH CENTER, BOSTON MEDICAL CENTER – COMMONWEALTH CARE ALLIANCE OF MA READING HOSPITAL SERVICES (Readings, PA) CHILDREN HOSPITAL OF ATLANATA (CHOA)
