Serial builder and exited founder. I grew The Language Co. from zero to $2M ARR and 120 people in Chile before selling to Voxy in 2022. Since then I've built partnership programmes at Voxy and LACE Partners, become genuinely hands-on with AI, and kept the founder instinct alive through side ventures BirdClub and The TEFL Lab. LACE Partners is the leading HR, workforce and payroll transformation consultancy in the UK, working with enterprise clients across the full journey from strategy through to execution. In my role I manage a portfolio of around 50 partners across the HR and payroll ecosystem, including Oracle, Workday and SAP, while also building out a new portfolio of partnerships across the AI and automation space. The role has given me a front row seat to how enterprise technology is evolving and where the real opportunities lie at the intersection of AI, workforce transformation and the future of work.

EdTech venture providing English teachers with the tools and content they need to succeed in the online classroom. Co-founded alongside my work at Voxy, applying what I was learning about language learning at scale to the independent teacher market.
Promoted into a global role to rebuild Voxy's underperforming partnerships program. Redesigned the partner tier structure, built a comprehensive enablement program from scratch, and streamlined operations - significantly reducing the operating budget while meaningfully improving team performance. Developed strategic partnerships with Google and Coursera, and closed $1M in new business across LATAM, EMEA and APAC.
Retained by Voxy following the acquisition of The Language Co. to lead GTM efforts in Chile. Exceeded targets by 111% in year one and 134% in year two, closing multiple six-figure deals with strategic accounts across the region.
Founded and led The Language Co. from zero to one of Chile's top five language learning companies, building a 120-person team and $2M ARR before exiting via acquisition to Voxy in 2022.
