About

Joseph is a recent Rhodes College graduate (Class of 2026) with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Law. He has gained hands-on experience working across multiple levels of government, including the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, and the Shelby County Probate Court, where he supported casework, conducted policy research, and assisted in judicial and administrative processes. Joseph currently works in the Legal Department at Miller Electric Company as he prepares to apply to law school. Through these roles, Joseph has developed skills in legal research, constituent relations, and policy analysis, working directly with attorneys, federal agencies, and community members. In addition to his academic and professional experience, Joseph was a dedicated student-athlete on the Rhodes College varsity swim team (NCAA Division III), earning multiple conference honors while maintaining a strong academic record. He also served as Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), representing 545 student-athletes while helping improve communication between students and administration. He is passionate about law, public policy, and building a career in legal practice or public service.
