My professional career spanning decades has been devoted to asset management, institutional research, investment banking and the securities brokerage business. As a Managing Director and Senior Institutional Analyst in the research departments of Hambrecht & Quist and JP Morgan Chase & Co. I was responsible for researching, preparing and marketing 46 public offerings, including 31 initial public offerings, raising a total of $3.7 billion dollars. Since 2002 I have been the Managing Director of Arsenio Capital Management, a Family Office and California Registered Investment Advisor, as well as providing residential construction project management services.
