amo is one of the leading consumer startups in Europe. Having joined before the launch of any of amo's social apps, I have lead product design on different teams and products, and left with 3 apps published on the app store and reached top charts in dozens of countries. My role involved ideating on new features and full apps, owning those ideas inside the organisation and driving them to final a UX, and then collaborating with the rest of the design team to on the final UI to be shipped. This whole process often happened in cycles shorter than a week.
