Juarez and Chihuahua 17% on 2023. - OTD 99.7% on all sites - Operation re-organization on Mexicali 2021 and Ciudad Juarez 2023 - 0 accidents registered on 2023, Mexicali achived+900 days/ Cd Juarez +1100 days / Chihuahua +3000 days - Keep inventory accuracy over 100% on Cd Juarez and Chihuahua on 2023. Mexicali 92% on 2022 and 98% on 2023 - Contract extension agreement on Mexicali 2021 and Cd. Juarez 2023 - Reduction on turn over from 12% to 4.5% on Mexicali on 2022 - Kaizen improvements over target on 2022 with $28KUSD savings and 2023 with $67KUSD - HC under responsibility on 3 BU 155 employees. - Development on the northwest of Mexico 47 leads, 3 on tender process and increase 15% customer portfolio on region.
