Projektmanager | Experte für Organisation, Kommunikation und Projektsteuerung In meiner aktuellen Rolle als Projektmanager bin ich verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Projekte. Mein Fokus liegt auf einer strukturierten Organisation und einer klaren Kommunikation zwischen internen und externen Schnittstellen. Meine Hauptaufgaben umfassen: Projektkoordination: Sicherstellung eines nahtlosen Informationsflusses und reibungsloser Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten. Zieldefinition und Abstimmung: Klärung und Festlegung des Projektauftrags (Ziele, KPIs, Zeitplan, Kosten, Projektteam) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teilprojektleitern. Projektsteuerung: Planung, Monitoring und Controlling von Leistungen, Terminen, Kosten und Budgets. Risikomanagement: Identifikation und Bewertung von Projekt- und Produktrisiken sowie Entwicklung wirksamer Maßnahmenpläne. Berichterstattung: Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen und Berichten sowie regelmäßige Updates an den Projektauftraggeber oder das Board. Workshops und Besprechungen: Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Projektmeetings und Workshops. Mit meiner strukturieren und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise trage ich maßgeblich zur Zielerreichung bei, während ich Herausforderungen proaktiv angehe und Lösungen entwickle.
