Josee is currently expanding her work within the wellness industry and is focused on helping grow natural health brands on a broader scale across Canada.
Worked with Yorkshire Valley, Village Flatbread, Vivobarefoot, Skyridge Glamping, Injoy Microbiome, Skout Organic and more to create authentic, engaging digital content that translates brand values into relatable storytelling across social platforms.
I manage all of the business and admin aspects of the company as well as care for clients. My relationship with clients is special, as a Nutritional Consultant. I am both advising them, and empathizing with them. I primarily use Live Cell Microscopy to assess where an individual is at on a cellular level, and use that information to craft a personalized plan to support their healing goals.
I really valued my time at Purple Carrot, where I was immersed in a mission-driven natural health environment and able to combine my interest in nutrition with hands-on business growth work. The role gave me early experience in how education, storytelling, and customer connection directly translate into sales and brand loyalty.
I moved to Alberta to help launch a news program after completing a year of journalism studies. It was an incredibly formative experience where I developed strong skills in writing, reporting, producing, filming, editing, and time management. Working as a journalist required precision, adaptability, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines—often balancing multiple roles at once with a high level of attention to detail. I genuinely valued my time at Bridge City News and the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced media environment. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the health and nutrition stories I was covering, which ultimately clarified the direction I wanted to take my career. I decided to transition fully into the nutrition and wellness space, bringing with me the communication, storytelling, and production skills I developed in journalism to support my work in health-focused education and content creation.
