I was working on Mercadona e-commerce channel revamp leading the product and design team. Main Responsabilities - Managing the product and design team for user facing and logistic products (Picking, Delivery, Supply, Checkout, Market, UX and Research, etc) - Hire and build a World-class tech team for Mercadona Tech from scratch (engineering, product and design) Growing up the team from 10 to 100 members - Implement a lean startup culture - Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Sprints, Squads, Guilds) - Define Product Roadmap for web, apps and logistic tools - Working with CEO, CTO and COO on the long term business strategy using OKRs - Moving from 0 to 200M Revenue
