I help companies turn SAP, Managed Services and Global Business Services into scalable operating models. As Head of Specialized Sales & Lead Service Owner for Global Business Services at All for One, I work at the intersection of SAP, Application Management Services, Smart Services, Managed Services and business process-outsourcing service models. My focus is on building offerings that are not only technically strong, but operationally scalable, commercially viable and relevant for customers’ real challenges. Over the past 10+ years, I have worked across transformation, operations and business development with a strong focus on automotive, finance operate, shared service centers, nearshore delivery, cloud transformation and enterprise service management. This included global S/4HANA transformation environments, Finance Operate and BPO models, the setup and scaling of shared service structures, as well as compliance and digital operating models supported by platforms, automation and GenAI. What connects these topics for me is a simple belief: Transformation does not end with go-live. Real value is created when processes, platforms, people and service models work together in daily operations. At All for One, my role is to further develop our Global Business Services portfolio based on customer needs, market feedback and the strategic evolution of our services. This includes the connection of AMS, Smart Services and Managed Services into end-to-end service models that help customers run, improve and scale their business. Responsible for specialized sales team, business development and portfolio development within Global Business Services at All for One Group. The role focuses on shaping and scaling customer-centric service offerings based on customer feedback and market needs, with the objective of enabling end-to-end outsourcing models across the full service lifecycle. Scope includes classic Application Management Services, SAP-centric managed services, Infrastructure as a Service, Business Process Outsourcing and full managed service models. By combining customer proximity, outsourcing expertise, service ownership and scalable operating models, the role contributes to building integrated Global Business Services that create measurable value for customers and support their transformation and run journey.
