Microelectronics Engineer with a background in Physics, currently working at Innova IRV (Fundación Ricardo Valle, Málaga) on digital design flows, FPGA implementation, and transistor-level simulation. My day-to-day involves RTL design in Verilog/SystemVerilog, Open Source EDA tools (LibreLane/OpenROAD), FPGA prototyping on UltraScale+ platforms, and coordination of professional EDA licenses (Synopsys). Before moving into hardware, I worked as a Software Engineer at Indra Sistemas on safety-critical Air Traffic Management systems, developing in Ada under Unix/Linux which gave me a strong foundation in high-reliability systems, rigorous documentation, and structured engineering workflows. I hold a BSc in Physics and am currently completing an MSc in Microelectronics (Universidad de Sevilla), with focus on digital design, ASIC/FPGA flows, and nanometric devices. My target is to grow into ASIC/FPGA design, digital verification, or EDA-adjacent roles in demanding technical environments as aerospace, defense, or deep tech.
