Analyzing the profile of debtors, recovery rates and risks associated with the acquisition, using financial modeling to project different recovery scenarios. In addition, preparing reports with investment recommendations and collaborating with legal and collection teams to optimize acquisition strategies.
Main tasks consisted on developing market research analysis for various sectors and assisting in companies’ valuation via financial modeling, primarily in M&A transactions, sales and acquisitions.
