I'm a Senior QA Engineer with 15+ years in enterprise, financial, and government systems - the kind where bugs are expensive and rollbacks aren't easy. I help teams ship faster without quietly accumulating risk. That means test strategy, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines, but also the less glamorous work: clarifying requirements early, challenging assumptions, and catching problems before they become production incidents. I've led QA through legacy modernization efforts, trained teams on sustainable testing practices, and built automation that actually sticks around. In regulated environments, I've learned that speed without strong feedback loops is just technical debt with a countdown timer. Right now I'm wrapping up a B.S. in Computer Science (minor in Math), leading student initiatives through Coding United, and thinking a lot about how AI-assisted development changes what "good enough" quality looks like.
Focused on quality engineering for enterprise systems in a regulated environment.
- Led QA efforts for a government DMDC contract supporting enterprise-scale data and field operations. - Built and owned a C# Selenium automation framework, reducing regression time and release risk. - Designed and executed test strategies across UI, API, and database layers. - Verified and certified database changes using SQL across multiple environments to ensure data integrity. - Established QA standards and trained new testers on automation, documentation, and testing workflows. - Partnered with engineering and stakeholders to modernize legacy systems and safely deploy new capabilities.
- Led QA efforts across multiple teams in a highly regulated financial environment. - Trained and mentored 12 teams on testing methodology, automation, documentation, and compliance. - Integrated automated functional testing into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery. - Championed unit, API, and UI testing to improve feedback loops and defect detection. - Built internal tooling to report regression status across environments for business and engineering. - Supported accessibility, security, and performance testing initiatives.
Earlier roles focused on enterprise quality engineering, automation, and test leadership across telecom, hospitality, and aviation systems.
Supported enterprise aviation maintenance systems by strengthening test automation, documentation, and Agile testing practices during active product development. - Built a custom C# Selenium automation framework to support regression and feature testing. - Helped transition testing workflows to Agile practices and Zephyr-based test management.
