▪ Coordination of all cyclotrons engineers in Spain and Portugal. ▪ Contribution together with the European Manager in the technical strategic decision making, configuration of the annual budget, resource planning,etc. ▪ Responsible of the Planned Maintenance of the particles accelerators for Spain and Portugal (Cyclotrons): - GE (General Electric) PET7.5 (Barcelona, Spain) - GE PET860 (Zaragoza, Spain) - GE PET8 Self-Shielding (Porto, Portugal) ▪ Providing support for the Spain & Portugal Cyclotron Engineers in Cyclotron troubleshooting. ▪ Working with the European Technical Coordinator in order to solve complex problems in Iberia. ▪ Learning-Supporting in Planned Maintenance, in IBA particles accelerators (Cyclones), leading by IBA Field Engineers: - IBA C18 (Barcelona, Spain) - IBA C18 (Béthune, France) ▪ Supporting to the Engineering and Service manager in Iberia coordination task. ▪ Developer-designer of technical modification that improve the reliability or features of the Cyclotron, synthesis modules and dispensing syst.
▪ Manager of the Zaragoza's site engineering department. ▪ Management (monitoring, analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance) of the primary systems radioisotope production: - Particle Accelerator (cyclotron GE PET-TRACE ) - Synthesis modules (robot) to obtain radiopharmaceuticals. - The Dispensing Systems (automata) of product in vials of the finished product. ▪ Training of laboratory technicians in task related with the Cyclotron. ▪ Development and implementation of improvements devised by AAA or GE (GENERAL ELECTRIC). ▪ Develop the work in contact with Cyclotron Engineers from another European plants.
