With 10 + years in specialty ingredients and manufacturing, I’m an operator at heart and a strategist by instinct—equally at home on the factory floor, in a board‑room budget review, growing the business side by side with our customers, or in a data‑model deep dive. Since September 2023 I’ve served as Vice President, Management at Ultra International, steering UK operations while advising EU and US operations.
I work closely with formulators, contract manufacturers, and brand owners, helping them develop high-performance skincare, haircare, and personal care formulations using RAHN (UK)'s distribution product portfolio. My approach blends technical understanding, commercial insight, and long-term partnership building, ensuring our customers achieve both creative and operational success.
