Developing hardware and software solution to do wafer testing for production environment at NXP semiconductors Small Signal industrie •Responsible in defining the Product WT Test Strategy that is in-line with overall RFSS Test Strategy and product business case •Develop Electrical Test Plan according to BL standards •Apply known DfT techniques to product •Drive Test Hardware and Software development according to design rules •Develop Test Job that is in-line with agreed test coverage and committed test time •Execute characterization of loadboard •Coordinate MSC and Lab correlation •Coordinates the Release for Test at APx •Contribute to the new development on test methodologies •Support APx with Test Time Reduction (TTRs), capacity extension and product transfers of released projects Introduce Full Wafer testing for RF-Small signal device. Based on leakage, static currents and digital cores testing To get more sufficient feedback to wafer fab for improvements. C++ Test program developing on Spea test platform from scratch. Release it in production environment’s offshore - Creating digital pattern (SPI, MIPI bus to control the device - Testing IDDQ (leakage test on digital core) - Define load board design to realize an interface between tester and device under test - Introduce probing technology to do multi-site testing on RF devices
