I lead our #CONSUMER industry across all Deloitte businesses. This industry includes #Automotive, #ConsumerProducts, #Retail, Wholesale & Distribution, #Transport, Hospitality and Services sectors. We focus on two critical themes: #FutureOfFood (healthy people on a sustainable planet) and #FutureOfMobility (of people and goods) Additionally, I focus on two professional passions: #FINANCESTRATEGY, #DIGITALFINANCE and #FINANCEORGANIZATION Together with a highly experienced and multidisciplinary team, I work with CFOs to outpace their competition in both the business market and the talent market. We do this by creating high-precision and low-touch Finance Operations while driving superior business outcomes and providing an exciting experience for Finance staff and customers. We help CFOs to discover, design and deliver their Digital Finance strategy holistically including all aspects of talent, data and technology. MULTIFUNCTION GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES (#GBS): Together with our GBS team, I work with CXOs during all stages of their shared services journey from strategic assessment and implementation to final value realization and augmentation. We apply advanced service models and digital solutions to build customer-centric and outcome-led services. We also advise clients in the selection and performance management of their outsourcing providers.
I am the global lead of our Finance Transformation Practice. I work with CFOs in Products industries such as CG&S, Life Sciences, Automotive, Retail.
