With over 13 years of experience as a psychologist in addiction care and as the founder of WeQuit, I specialise in developing and delivering innovative online CBT‑based treatments to help people quit nicotine. Drawing on evidence‑based methods and digital health interventions, my work focuses on making high‑quality, accessible support available to large and diverse populations. Through WeQuit, my team and I have supported tens of thousands of individuals in achieving and maintaining a nicotine‑free life, using technology and collaboration as key drivers for sustainable behaviour change. In addition, I serve as a board member of the Smoking Cessation Partnership (PSMR), where I contribute to a coordinated and high‑quality approach to nicotine addiction. In this role, I work to position nicotine dependence as a serious public health concern and to improve access to effective, evidence‑based cessation treatments, fully aligned with my commitment to a nicotine‑free society.

Our mission: to ensure a high-quality and effective treatment of smoking as an addiction disease, and, from a healthcare perspective, to raise awareness of the seriousness of tobacco addiction as a problem and the urgency of addressing it.
Train-the-trainer in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Substance Use
As a psychologist at Jellinek, I provided Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to adults with a wide range of mental health and addiction-related problems, both in individual and group settings. I conducted diagnostic assessments and applied evidence-based CBT interventions with a strong focus on motivation, behavioural change, and relapse prevention. I treated the full spectrum of substance use disorders, including alcohol, cannabis, stimulants, opioids, and other addictive substances, while paying particular attention to tobacco and nicotine dependence.
I worked as a psychologist treating anxiety , addiction and mood disorders using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR.
