I am a business/technology CFO, team builder and people leader with 25+ years of international experience in driving business results in both corporate and private equity settings. As Group CFO at PIA Group I am part of the core team that builds the foundation for PIA as a world class tech enabled accounting platform across Europe. In my prior role at Your.Cloud (YC) I was part of the team that build the foundation of YC as world class serial acquirer from scratch. YC quadrupled equity value with 30+ acquisitions (refinanced twice) and grew revenue x5 to 400mio revenue in the four years in which I acted in CFO, CEO and COO roles. YC is a market leader in Cloud & ICT outsourcing and is part of Strikwerda Investments which is a long term, technology focused and entrepreneurial investor with a strong track record. Before YC I was CFO at TBAuctions a leading online auction company, held several CFO roles at Microsoft and started my career at PwC as qualified chartered accountant. I have a proven track record in leading people and am passionate about building high performing teams where people hold themselves and each other accountable. I am experienced as end-responsible CFO in a PE setting and to lead in a complex, fast, matrix organization and able to manage a corporate environment while being pragmatic and hands on. I believe in being inclusive, value driven and customer focused. I have extensive experience with governance, risk and compliance and I work with high ethical standards. The finance function and P&L responsibility in my role is across all lines of business as end-responsible CFO and includes SB communication, treasury/financing and M&A. I have experience with several business models including cloud subscription and consumption, services business, consumer products and devices.
