Distribution of premium building solutions, composite decking. After success leading the Western, Eastern Cape & Namibia business, took on the opportunity to lead Eva-Last's Africa operations. Opened up a second branch in KwaZulu-Natal, managed 4 locations within South Africa with 75 employees.
Supplier composite building materials. Took over the business with limited physical presence in the market. Multiplied business turnover in 2.5 years. Built up sales & support teams from 1 FTE to 10 FTE. Became market leader in the region, launched the Namibian market with first retail stockist & opened up a second facility in the Eastern Cape with 3 FTE.
Founded installation company specialising in Composite Decking in the Western Cape. Built a team of 40 FTE. Became South Africa's largest installer after 12 months of operations, by both Revenue and Volume. After this success, sold the company and joined the supplier (Eva-Last), where Eurodecking was its biggest customer.
