The foundation was laid in 2013 when I co-founded Uitjesbazen, the largest team outing company in the Benelux with 3,000+ bookings a year. Built with no degrees, no suits, just the conviction that people engage with what they genuinely enjoy. In 2018 we asked ourselves: what if we could use that same power of play for something bigger? That became Gamificationers, where we started building serious games around crime, climate change and drugs for schools, municipalities and businesses. During corona we decided to go all-in on cybersecurity awareness, the entire team came with us. Today Phantom'sLab is 25 people with one shared mission: to become the world's best cybersecurity awareness brand. Compliance tools like KnowBe4 have dominated the market for years.
