Product Manager with 7+ years of experience building and scaling crypto and fintech products from concept to high-traffic production. Proven ability to own end-to-end product lifecycles, improve system reliability, optimize user journeys, and drive adoption and revenue. Strong track record working with both retail and institutional users, using data and user feedback to inform prioritization. Experienced in 0→1 and 1→10, launched complex transactional systems, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, business and compliance. Strong background working with DeFi, perpetual DEXs, non-custodial wallets, lending/borrowing protocols, crypto payments, and deposit/withdrawal infrastructure for operators. Skilled in API-first product design, EVM / Solana / Cosmos ecosystems, analytics-driven decision making, and data-informed roadmap prioritization.
• Owned end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a consumer crypto wallet serving 35,000 MAU, covering transaction flows, onboarding, payments, and discovery — driving the product vision from discovery through launch and iterative improvement. • Reduced failed swap rate by 40% by diagnosing UX friction through funnel analysis, redesigning routing logic, and implementing robust error-handling and transaction state management — directly improving user trust and retention. • Defined and tracked core OKRs and North Star Metrics (DAU/MAU ratio, activation rate, swap success rate); built KPI dashboards and alerting systems enabling proactive detection of regressions and prioritisation of high-impact roadmap items. • Led go-to-market (GTM) strategy and full product launch of a new blockchain integration, translating technical constraints into user-facing UX decisions across wallet flows, backend API integrations, and onboarding sequences. • Shipped advanced transaction controls (manual gas fee configuration, speed-up / cancel functionality) informed by user research and support ticket analysis — reducing congestion-related failures and boosting user confidence during high-traffic events. • Implemented end-to-end event tracking across swap, buy, and onboarding funnels using Amplitude and Segment; conducted drop-off analysis and A/B tests to continuously optimise activation and conversion rates. • Collaborated cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support in an Agile/Scrum environment; led sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reporting to keep delivery aligned with business objectives. • Partnered with customer support to triage and debug production incidents, identifying root causes through event data and behavioural analytics, then resolving systemic issues via targeted product and UX fixes — reducing repeat incident rate.
• Redesigned the lending/borrowing protocol’s main landing page, boosting user retention by 25%. • Spearheaded new feature development (e.g., looping/leverage and smart accounts) by creating wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Produced wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning artifacts. • Conducted market and competitor analysis to prioritize the backlog. • Coordinated with marketing team to release educational and promotional contents.
• Drove product strategy and roadmap ownership for ShibaSwap, a high-traffic DeFi exchange with ~5,000 MAU and $20M in managed assets, prioritising features that improved liquidity depth, capital efficiency, and trader UX. • Led Uniswap V2 → V3 liquidity migration — scoped technical requirements, aligned engineering and DeFi stakeholders, and shipped the migration, resulting in a 15% increase in TVL and meaningfully improved capital efficiency for liquidity providers. • Conceived, built, and launched "The Shib" newsletter from 0→1 — a content and subscription product that reached 50,000 subscribers within 3 months and generated $30K/month in recurring revenue through a targeted GTM strategy and community-led distribution. • Owned a full UI/UX redesign of the DEX platform informed by user research, usability testing, analytics insights, and competitor benchmarking — resulting in +20% user retention and +10% new user activation post-launch. • Led a cross-functional Agile squad (design, frontend, backend) across multiple concurrent product lines, maintaining alignment between OKRs, sprint goals, and business delivery milestones via structured backlog management and stakeholder communication. • Identified user pain points and prioritised the roadmap using a continuous discovery process — combining usability testing, quantitative analytics, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to validate hypotheses before committing engineering resources.
• Defined and executed the product vision for VegaX — a decentralised investment platform built on Cosmos SDK — leading a full product overhaul that increased user adoption by 150% through improved UX, streamlined onboarding, and data-driven feature prioritisation. • Delivered a 0→1 consumer application end-to-end: owned the full product lifecycle from discovery and user research to MVP scoping, roadmap planning, engineering handoff, GTM strategy, and post-launch iteration — reaching 500 active users within 3 months. • Launched multiple data-driven financial products including cross-chain portfolio tooling and yield-tracking features, increasing overall platform engagement by 10% and expanding the addressable user base across DeFi and institutional segments. • Built and scaled the validator ecosystem: onboarded 80+ validators across Cosmos and Polkadot networks and engineered liquidity incentive programs for $DARC on Osmosis, Raydium, and MEXC — strengthening protocol decentralisation and token liquidity depth. • Designed and executed growth and incentive programs across multiple distribution channels — community, partnerships, and DeFi integrations — to drive adoption and retention in competitive blockchain ecosystems. • Managed a cross-functional product and ecosystem team, partnering with external protocols, investors, and community stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives and accelerate go-to-market execution.
I am Responsible for creating high-level user stories and making robust user flow for our Konstellation blockchain projects (#DARC token, #VegaX CeFi, #Taebit Dex DeFi platform, Squid Squad OG #NFT and Kambrian NFT marketplace for K-Pop). As well as holding discussions with BD and Production Team to flash out details and uncertainties of our projects . In order to achieve that, my daily tasks are: - Defining the company roadmap and vision with the executive team - Supervising development production process and re-prioritizing tasks if needed - Forming development and resources assessment needed for our developers (based on feedback from a product team). - Creating and coordinating, the development of new investments products - Organizing company products backlog - Overviewing of the UI/UX design of the our different products - Creating and overviewing the creation and maintaining of our referral and reward program - Analyzing the hot topics in the crypto industry and the needs of our experienced and newbie crypto users
