I am expanding my teaching skills to higher education as a mathematics lecturer at the Malmö University starting this fall. The last five years I have been teaching Mathematics, Geography and Physics grades 5 through 12 at Gymnasium Heidberg, Hamburg. I earned a Masterdegree of Science in Upper Secondary Education from the Umeå University in 2020, which has been equated in Finland and Germany. Prior I finished my PhD in Geophysics at the University of Helsinki in 2018. My project includes 3D numerical modeling of the plate tectonic setting of the northern South American Andes and evaluating controls of strain partitioning in an obliquely convergent subduction zone. I have experiences in geoscience, glaciology, climate research and mathematics due to my previous studies.
