A part of the Mobility Solution Services (MSS) within the Advance Enterprise Solutions (AES) Unit, the Advance Mobility Support (AMS) & Managed Services (MS) organization is a Tier 3+ Technical Support Group which helps AT&T Business Sales customers meet and exceed their business objectives through the integration & deployment of wireless solutions & technologies. We partner with the AT&T Business Sales (ABS) Organization, partners & vendors to design, implement, integrate, deploy and support all mobility based solutions.
Responsible for proving a vibrant pre-sales support mechanism by creating and presenting innovative custom wireless data solutions and design proposals for AT&T Business Market Group customers and value added re-sellers within my assigned territory. Proactively identified, designed and implemented mobility requirements for Line of Business (LOB) solutions. This included whiteboard discussions, presentations, drafting RFP responses, etc. Solutions included, but were not limited to, line of business applications such as FFA, SFA, Telemetry, POS, Public Safety, etc. and dedicated connectivity involving IPSec VPNs, Frame Relay, ATM, and MPLS.
HEALY & BAILLIE, LLP is an international, full service maritime law firm, with offices in New York, Hong Kong, New Jersey and Connecticut. The Firm was formed in 1948, and currently has 35 attorneys. As a network administrator I was responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a midsize Banyan Vines Network including the planning, expansion and adaptation of new technologies and services like Wide Area Network (WAN) and Internet connectivity thus enabling the firm to maximize revenue & productivity through efficient, effective communication and data processing.
