Functioning as main point of contact and liaison between law firm and major client. Assist with the planning and implementation of immigration policies for client, tracking work authorization for approximately 1,500 foreign nationals, ensuring client maintains compliance with legal immigration requirements, and maintaining and updating records relating to clients foreign national population. Provide direction and assistance to employees ranging from assistance with completing I-9 re-verification to planing for the possibility of employee running out of US work authorization. Autonomously assess new cases and manage several projects with upwards of 50-90 at a time with dynamic deadlines.
