Supply chain leader overseeing end-to-end operations for the Laundry Liquid Detergent, Fabric Enhancer, and Hand Dish Wash business units at one of P&G’s key manufacturing hubs in Mexico City. Accountable for delivering strategic operational leadership across functions, while driving efficiency, quality, safety, internal controls compliance and long-term business growth. Managing a large-scale operation with over 350 employees, championing the implementation of Integrated Work Systems (IWS), combining TPM and Lean methodology to drive operational transformation and organizational capability-building to ensure consistent performance and competitive advantage. As the Initiatives and Projects Director, I led the execution of strategic innovation and projects for P&G’s Fabric and Home Care manufacturing site in Mexico City. I managed cross-functional teams including the Site’s Initiative Execution Leaders and Start-Up Leaders, driving operational excellence through robust master planning and disciplined execution of new initiatives. I led the development and deployment of the site-wide Initiative Management Strategy, focusing on standardizing core processes, building organizational capabilities, and providing hands-on coaching across operational modules. My role was central to ensuring successful product and technology launches, while delivering results aligned with business priorities, timelines, and resource optimization.
In this role, I led the Quality Assurance strategy and execution across all manufacturing sites in the region, ensuring compliance, quality system harmonization, and capability building to support innovation and continuous improvement across Latin America.
