Technically trained Systems Analyst with over a decade of experience in Control Systems Engineering roles exclusively within the Oil & Gas sector. I've built my career across roles in maintenance, process control, and industrial automation, contributing to both day-to-day operations and modernization projects. Currently at TotalEnergies, I’m part of the maintenance team for control systems (DCS, SCADA, PLCs), supporting technical operations, implementing upgrades, handling industrial cybersecurity, and collaborating on new installations and legacy system updates.
Maintenance • Implementation of modifications and updates in SCADA, DCS, PLC systems, and Cause-Effect Matrix (ESD). • Configuration and maintenance of industrial communication protocols. Cybersecurity • Implementation of cybersecurity policies according to Headquarters. • Safeguarding the security and connectivity of the industrial network. Comissioning /Projects • Commissioning of conventional wells, verification of control loops and Cause-Effect Matrices (ESD), creation of operational test procedures (OTP). • Analysis of plant processes with a multidisciplinary team to implement improvements in configuration. • Revamping of packaged equipment. Key Achievements • Carbon footprint reduction: Replacement of blanketing gas with nitrogen in Water Injection tanks – Implementation of modifications in control systems and Cause & Effect Matrix (ESD). • Development of Well PADs (unconventional wells in the Vaca Muerta reservoir) – Commissioning of control and safety loops. • Design and implementation of an industrial network upgrade project to resolve interference issues and improve speed performance. • Commissioning/Implementation of SCADA developed in AVEVA System Platform at the Rincón La Ceniza Plant. • High Voltage Line Interconnection Project to the Aguada Pichana plant – Integration of the SIS PLC Triconex system into the ICSS. FAT and SAT of safety logic and cross logic in cabinets
