I am director-owner of Hardick (together with my wife) and of HG Belting. I enjoy all the R&D we do that leads to new materials for teflon coated conveyor belts and to new machines for making and joining those belts. I am a big supporter of taking responsibility for your work and your actions. We try to keep our organization as flat as possible and give our employees as much freedom as they need to come to a good process of sales production and innovation.
