Engagement Manager at Quest Global, responsible for the Transportation domain, covering Automotive and Rail programs with Spanish clients. My role sits at the intersection of engineering delivery, customer engagement, and global capability building. I lead multi‑disciplinary engineering engagements, ensuring technical excellence, predictable delivery, and long‑term partnership with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, and engineering organizations. Another key part of my responsibilities is the creation and scaling of Engineering Centers in India for Spanish companies, enabling them to access high‑quality engineering capabilities while maintaining strong technical governance, cultural alignment, and business continuity. I work closely with customers to: - Define engineering scope and delivery models. - Build and ramp up dedicated offshore and hybrid teams (LOCAL-GLOBAL). - Ensure integration with onshore engineering, product development, and industrialization processes - Support transformation initiatives across automotive and rail platforms. Responsible for the daily operation of MCA Engineering in Spain and routinely reports to the highest ranking executive in Paris. Aim of creating maximum value for the company's stakeholders and planning by prioritizing customers, employees, and organizational requirements. Developing and cascading the organization's strategy/mission statement to the lower-ranking staff and implementing appropriate rewards/recognition and coaching/corrective practices to align personnel with company goals.

The identification and prioritization of new opportunities identified through consumer, marketplace and competitive knowledge.
