Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across governance, legal, operations, business transformation and customer strategy within highly regulated, member-focused organisations. That breadth of experience has shaped the way I lead: with equal attention to commercial outcomes, organisational resilience and long-term stakeholder trust. I currently lead a multi-functional division at HESTA responsible for member services and operations across administration, disputes and complaints, insurance, benefit payments, transformation and customer experience for more than one million members. Prior to this, I held senior leadership roles spanning governance, legal, regulatory affairs and transformation. What has consistently interested me is the challenge of helping complex organisations evolve - aligning strategy, systems, people and governance to deliver better outcomes at scale. My experience across both executive and board environments has reinforced the importance of clear decision-making, disciplined execution and cultures that enable people to perform at their best. Alongside my executive career, I have served as a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair within the healthcare sector, including governance, audit, risk and technology oversight responsibilities. I’m particularly motivated by organisations operating at the intersection of commercial performance, public trust and long-term societal impact.
