The S-Core ™ is an FDA cleared platform technology for the minimally invasive reconstruction of fractures and joints. The S-Core™ consists of a titanium implant coated with hydroxyapatite that is chambered, threaded and fenestrated to enable blood and bone marrow to easily pass through implant to accelerate bone remodeling. The platform consists of the S-Core™ implant and accompanying instrumentation that preserves bone. Primary use is in sports medicine for knee, hand, elbow and foot/ankle surgery.

Pro Shop • Oversee the Tennis Pro Shop to include merchandising, stringing, recording inventory and invoices; establish appropriate inventory levels • Responsible for the management of all tennis operations at the club to facilitate maximum member satisfaction from their tennis activities • Develop and promote tennis clinics, private lessons, leagues, round robins, ladders and tournaments • Enforce club tennis policies and procedures to members and staff • Supervise and evaluate the Tennis Professionals, Customer Service Representatives and other tennis staff • Plan and promote junior and adult tennis programs to include: answering all program inquires, student placement, curriculum design and implementation, staffing of instructors and marketing programs • Manage tennis lessons and clinics, establish sign-up process, set-up lesson schedule and assess quality of lessons • Coordinate court booking to include private/group lessons, junior and adult programs, contract time, junior team matches, adult leagues and all other court activities; maintain accurate records of attendance • Organize and oversee NCTP tournaments, USTA tournaments, adult and junior leagues • Oversee communication with members in person, over the phone and through email regarding any business Sales • Design, implement, and regularly improve business plan and sales forecast • Identify and create opportunities to increase tennis revenue on and off the court • Regularly report to the Head Pro on the overall performance of the tennis department with a dedicated approach for continually enhancing profitability • Maintain and grow registrations in season courts, clinics and lessons, leagues, tournaments • Develop and maintain a complete working knowledge of the entire operation; keep current on all programming, events, leagues, and functions at the facility • Perform any point of sale procedures on facility software.
