I'm building an affiliate ecosystem at Kit that drives measurable revenue, not just “nice-to-have” partnerships. As a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, I focus on turning creator relationships into scalable, high-performing acquisition channels. That means recruiting the right partners, activating them with clear positioning and assets, and building systems that consistently convert without constant manual effort. I’m especially strong at seeing what others miss: • Where the win-win partners actually are • What messaging will get them to promote (and convert) • How to structure programs so they grow without friction My approach blends strategy and execution. I care about 3 things: 1. Clear ROI (what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next) 2. Systems that scale (not chaos that needs babysitting) 3. Partnerships that actually make sense for both sides I’ve spent my time at the intersection of creators, content, and conversion in my own business, Systems Saved Me® and now I'm excited to blow Kit up!
- Own and scale the affiliate channel as a core revenue driver (focused on partner acquisition, activation, and long-term performance). - Lead strategy and execution across the full affiliate lifecycle: recruiting high-fit partners, building clear promotion pathways, and optimizing programs for consistent, measurable growth. - Design systems that reduce manual effort while increasing partner engagement, conversions, and retention. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth teams to align affiliate efforts with company-wide initiatives and customer acquisition goals. Key areas of focus: • Partner recruitment across creators, educators, and media partners • Activation strategies that drive meaningful promotion (not passive sign-ups) • Funnel and conversion optimization for affiliate-driven traffic • Performance tracking, reporting, and continuous testing • Scalable systems and documentation to support program growth Combining sharp strategy with fast execution: identifying high-leverage opportunities, simplifying complex programs, and turning affiliate marketing into a reliable, repeatable growth engine.
