I am leading a sales organization located all over the United States, and actively recruiting more business partners to join our growing team of Hemp Wellness Advocates. Actively coaching, mentoring and leading independent business builders across the country. This is a sales management, business development, customer service focused leadership role. I focus on digital product creation as a sales and sales leadership tool, and train my team along with the field on sales enablement strategies. Lead HRBP team and Employee Relations function, while partnering with HR senior leadership and executive staff on strategic business initiatives, including recent integration efforts and people related initiatives/agendas. Collaborate with senior executive members of the organization, acting as a thought leader with a deliberate focus on performance, talent management programs, engagement and retention. Influence decisions while demonstrating a commitment to cross-team collaboration, relationship building, matrix structure management in a relatively ambiguous and very fast paced environment. Supported the organization through our SAP acquisition, playing a leadership role on the integration team and supporting change management initiatives and global sales/distribution integration work streams.
