    During my time with Truework, I have been working with the reverification team. This role is vital in the verification process to confirm the information we are passing onto our clients is correct and up to date. The information we are obtaining is used to help lenders have an easier time making lending decisions. Due to the nature of why this information is needed, there is a Service Level Agreement that we try to maintain to ensure our clients are getting this information promptly. To guarantee that this is being obtained we use multiple forms of communication to reach out to the employer. Some methods we use to contact clients for verification purposes are phone, email, and company sites and using the information we have from the previous report that we may have already obtained or have been provided in the past. During my time with Truework, I was able to spend time with the marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, I assisted the marketing team with working on email and tracking email performance through HubSpot.
