As the global initiative owner for eBay’s Seller Initiative I oversee the development, strategy and delivery of tools & experiences to consumer & professional sellers globally.
North America Marketplaces Responsibilities: - Buyer Experience / Product Marketing for desktop & Mobile Platforms - Regional planning and business operations - eBay Canada (including full P&L ownership)
North America Marketplaces Develop customer and competitive insights through both a qualitative and quantitative lens (eg: conversion optimization) to build bottom-up roadmaps across desktop and Mobile platforms. Lead business / product / analytic teams against those roadmaps to deliver on customer and shareholder outcomes (NPS, Revenue, Customer Acquisition & Engagement).
