I still consider myself a young leader, however as I look back on my career, I can see how much I have grown and matured. This includes being able to look at the bigger picture and understand how I can help improve situations that I may not even be directly involved with. Responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and cost for 5 direct reports, ~90 associates on three shifts, 9 injection moulding machines, 18+ moulds, and 8 machines in heat exchanger manufacturing process. Management of annual budgeting and goal and objective creation. Daily and monthly data analysis and usage of PDCA to problem solve. Daily facilitation and participation of collaboration between engineering, maintenance, health and safety, human resources, accounting, business planning, quality, new product design, and other company affiliates.
