- Source for a large variety of technical positions using boolean searches including Sr. Software Engineer, Mobile Application Developer, various IT Management positions, SDET, Data Engineer, etc... - Source and screen other corporate positions in Accounting, HR, District Managers, Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers looking over storage properties - Maintain a high response rate from potential candidates - Oversee job postings for corporate positions - Conduct phone screens to vet out candidates before interviewing with hiring managers - Hold recruitment meetings with hiring managers to ensure needs are being met
