I am privileged to work with passionate industry experts focused on credit unions challenges. We engage stakeholders in conversations about maximizing Experian data, tools and consulting, helping with them to use data for the good of their members and their credit union. When not busy working, I am spending time with my top priority, my wife and two boys, playing sports, and maximizing our time in the great outdoors. I lead the Experian account team that supports relationships with Credit Union clients in Utah, Idaho, and Colorado. We help them improve their risk analysis, automated decisioning, market segmentation, prescreen, cross-sell, and fraud approaches. Working together, we develop strategies to manage and expand their lending business, grow membership, and improve operational efficiency. I am responsible for: • Ensuring Experian meets and exceeds my client expectations • Identifying and analyzing key business, market, and product opportunities in alignment with strategy of Credit Union • Engaging key decision makers in dialogues, to ensure they are informed of our innovative solutions • Hosting presentations and demonstrations • Ensuring our new and existing clients are informed of our innovative new tools. • Researching and identify emerging markets and trends. • Executing strategic plans to support new accounts and existing clients
