-Directed the completion of a variety of environmental services projects including: lab packs, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, special waste, universal waste, radioactive waste, high hazard removal, biohazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, controlled substances, asbestos remediation, soil remediation, bulk recycling, emergency response, underground storage tank removal, and confined space entry -Responsible for a $1M per year sales target within a two state territory including: California & Arizona -Navigated EPA's TASCA, CERCLA, and RCRA statutes regarding hazardous waste generation, transportation, storage, and disposal along with corresponding DOT Hazmat transport regulations -Build and sustain extensive working relationships with sub-contractor network for service coverage in all areas of responsibility -Facilitate routine site visits to take inventory and assess disposal or reuse options for a variety of customers including: small and medium sized businesses, Fortune 500 companies, pubic and private schools, government agencies, municipalities, hospitals, property managers, non-profits, trusts and a multitude of additional corporations within a wide range of industries -Reduce landfill shipments through alternatives such as source reduction, Waste to Energy solutions, acids and metals reclamation, and beneficial material reuse
-Leading and motivating a team of 7-10 inbound and outbound customer service representatives aimed at developing sales opportunities and ensure excellent customer satisfaction within the environmental service industry -Handling complaints and queries from customers and staff in order to ensure customer service team is able to respond to issues with patience, attentiveness, clear communication, product knowledge and positive language during an organic conversation or in a timely manner -Taking ownership of customer complaints and following problems through to resolution with an aim to improve overall customer experience -Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement -Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets -Implement and manage chat bot experience including customer quality assurance and bot creation Additional responsibility: -Identify, target and develop qualified SaaS sales opportunities through business to business research and development of vendor relationships
