Responsible for helping hiring managers with sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates for various positions, both at our Corporate offices and in locations across the country. I love to develop relationships with hiring managers to determine short-term and long-term recruiting plans. To insure the best customer service, I am the point person for candidates and managers and responsible for building internal and external relationships.
-Sources, screens, interviews and assesses candidates, and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers. -Acts as the liaison between the candidate and hiring managers throughout the selection and on boarding process. -Engages with leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, develops sourcing strategies and provides guidance throughout the recruiting process. -Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of personnel needs. -Drives and manages the candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation and new hire on boarding.
Responsible for all technical, permanent recruiting and client relations for the Kansas City Branch. Managing client needs and wants by matching candidates to my clients culture, job description and long term company goals. Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals to grow the KC Technology team. Insuring accurate forecasting is taken place and that clear goals are achieved daily.
Achieve campus recruitment/enrollment budgets for the Kansas City Campus by managing the admissions department. Organize and conduct audits for accreditation. Analyze lead flow and distribution by coordinating with the corporate marketing team. Conduct admissions trainings to achieve goals, monthly and quarterly. Responsible for staffing the admissions team and training all new hires. Works closely with the VP of Admissions’ by coordinating/conducting corporate trainings and assisted with implementing new recruitment processes company wide. In charge of community outreach at Job Fairs, College fairs, Counselor luncheons etc. Works daily with the Academic Dean and Financial department to insure streamline enrollment process for new and existing students, guaranteeing needed population numbers.
Responsible for recruiting new students by advising and educating them about Vatterott College. Responsible for personal enrollment and daily production goals along with other monthly metrics. Work closing with Academics and Financial Aid team to insure streamline enrollment processes.
