Development of strategic plans to achieve user base growth, maximize long-term revenue and conversion and improve the user experience. Manage team of Content Marketeers and Developers to achieve biannual growth targets. Over 50 million boys & girls visit the Teens platform every month to play (social) games and connect to friends.

Responsible for the development of new business projects within KPN Consumer Market. Focus on franchising, in-home service projects, acquisition of small businesses. Launched new service franchise organisation ‘KPN ServiceThuis’ and 'KPN Experteam'. Resulting in 30 franchisees and positive ROI within 6 months.
Responsible for the introduction and marketing of InternetPlusBellen (VOIP proposition). Developed and introduced a new value added service: ServiceThuis.
