โข Conducted a SOC capability and maturity assessment, delivering actionable insights for strategic improvement. โข Architected the target operating model for the OT-SOC aligning with organizational and operational requirements to enable effective IT/OT convergence and security operations. โข Developed a strategic roadmap for building and operationalizing the OT-SOC.
โข Designed and delivered a target operating model (TOM) for the Security Operations Center (SOC), enabling scalable and efficient security operations. โข Led and executed the full insourcing of the Detect and Response capability, building a fully operational SOC from the ground up. โข Developed and initiated a SOC capability and maturity improvement plan, driving strategic enhancements to detection and response capabilities. โข Built and structured the Cyber Defense Center team, introducing new functions such as the Center of Expertise (CoE) and Operational Security Support (OSS). โข Established an enhanced Vulnerability Management program to proactively identify and mitigate security risks. โข Oversaw daily operations of the Cyber Defense Center, including incident response, vulnerability and compliance management, SOC workflows, and threat intelligence. โข Directed penetration testing initiatives to strengthen overall security posture and remediate identified vulnerabilities. โข Provided strategic advisory to the CISO office, Cyber Security Program, and IT leadership on policies, technical architecture, and operational security improvements.
